1. Overview

This website allows users to upload, share, download, and rate in-game paintings for ARK: Survival Ascended and ARK: Survival Evolved. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Accounts

You may register an account to upload content, post comments, and rate submissions.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may delete your account at any time via your account settings
• One account per person; duplicate or bot accounts may be removed
• Discord login is provided as a convenience; we do not store your Discord password

3. User Conduct

When using this site, including comments and interactions, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Not spam, flood, or post repetitive content
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings or votes
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose

4. User-Generated Content

All content uploaded is created by users.

• You are responsible for what you upload
• You must have rights to upload the content
• Your uploads may be publicly visible and downloadable

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant this website permission to:

• Display your content
• Store your content
• Allow others to view and download it for in-game use

6. Comments, Ratings, and Bookmarks

• Comments are publicly visible and may be deleted by the comment author
• Ratings are tied to your account and limited to one per painting
• Bookmarking or favoriting a painting is tied to your account and is only visible to you
• Downloads are rate-limited per IP address to prevent artificial inflation of download counts
• We reserve the right to remove comments that violate these terms
• Vote manipulation or abuse of the rating system may result in account action

7. Prohibited Content

• Illegal content or anything that violates applicable laws
• Explicit sexual content, including:
• Pornography or sexually explicit acts
• Sexual themes involving minors
• Genital focus or explicit nudity intended for sexual purposes
• Allowed but restricted content:
• Clothed characters or lightly suggestive artwork are allowed, as long as the content is not sexually explicit
• Non-sexual artistic nudity may be removed at moderator discretion if it is considered inappropriate for the community
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted content without permission
• Malicious or broken files
• Non-ARK related content (Anything that is not a .PNT file.)

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any uploaded content at any time without notice
• Remove comments or ban users who violate these terms
• Refuse or block uploads that violate these terms
• Take action against misuse of the platform

We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before being published.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your own account at any time. Upon account deletion, your username, avatar, and profile information will be removed. Uploaded paintings and comments may remain but will be disassociated from your account.

10. Storage and Availability

Content is stored in a SQLite-based system and may remain indefinitely unless removed. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any content.

11. No Warranty

We do not guarantee:

• That the site will always be available
• That uploads will always be successful
• That files will be free of errors or loss

12. External Affiliation

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

• ARK: Survival Ascended
• ARK: Survival Evolved
• Studio Wildcard
• Snail Games

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• User-uploaded content
• User comments or interactions
• Loss of data or files
• Damage caused by misuse of the website
• Content downloaded from the site

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
