A Personal Message From The Creator

Community

Hello everyone! This is Jesse, the creator of ARK Artisans. I wanted to personally thank everyone of you for your continued interest and usage of the website and the tools it provides. We recently reached 2200+ total website visits, 1000 total downloads, and 500 total conversions on here, and I couldn't be any more grateful for the support!

When I first made ARK Artisans, I honestly thought it would never gain any traction, but seeing the community grow and the positive feedback has been incredibly motivating! Granted the community is still small here, and interest in this niche part of the ARK: Survival series is limited, but every bit of support means the world to me! I've been personally been playing ARK since 2016 and always enjoyed this aspect of the games, to spice up bases and add a little more detail to them. When I used to play ARK: Survival Evolved, I would always use sites like ARK Paints and ARK Templates, then a few months back, i realized that ARK Templates is no longer available, and ARK Paints is in a weird spot. So I wanted to create a better alternative that supports both ARK: Survival Evolved and ARK: Survival Ascended natively, and that will be supported for the foreseeable future.

The road ahead may have its challenges, but I'm excited to see where this journey takes us! I have plans to continue improving the site and adding new features based on your feedback. As more content is added to ARK: Survival Ascended, I'll make sure to keep the site updated and functional for the new content as best as I can. As for ARK: Survival Evolved, Even though that version of the game is no longer supported officially, I want to start adding modded creature compatibility so it's always fresh for that community. Lastly, for the website, I want to ensure it remains a valuable resource for the community, and that it continues to meet the needs of its users.

Added a share option for content posted (copies link to clipboard)
Added request page with functionality for users to submit painting requests

Users can now submit requests for custom paintings

Once submitted, it can be closed once completed and uploaded by an artist

Closed requests will be marked as such and will not be available for further editing

Added multi-canvas support to ASE
Renamed "Favorites" to "Likes"

Example: You will not see the Spotlight or Gigaraptor options in ASE

Removed Tame Warpaint support from ASA (ASE still supports it)

ASA was removed due to the mapping of tame's .PNTs are not the same as ASE

Temporarily removed the "Drawing Paper" structure from the converter

This is due to the unique prefix of the structure's .PNT, I am working on a solution

Fixed some bugs with the converter's cropping and resizing features

Added named events instead of the default "Evo" event
